Scope

Exystems, LLC is a Pennsylvania (USA) limited liability company. This policy covers the Exystems site (exystems.com). Each product has its own policy for product-specific handling — see products.

What we collect

  • Contact form — name, email, message.
  • Purchase records — email, amount, payment reference. Card details go to Stripe; we never see them.
  • Product usage — per-product only, per that product's policy.
  • Analytics — anonymized aggregate traffic. No tracking cookies, no ad networks, no per-user profiles.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention

  • Contact messages: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Purchase records: 7 years (US tax compliance).
  • Analytics: 90 days, aggregate only.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion — email contact us. We respond within 7 business days. Purchase records in the 7-year tax window are the only thing we can't delete on request. GDPR and CCPA rights are extended to every customer regardless of location.

Cookies

No tracking cookies on this site. Individual products may set first-party functional cookies (like an auth cookie after you unlock a paid product); each product's policy lists them.

Security & children

TLS in transit. Signed tokens. Least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps. Our products are not directed at children under 13; if a child has provided information, email us and we'll delete it.
