Agreement

By using the Exystems site or any Exystems product, you agree to these terms with Exystems, LLC (a Pennsylvania limited liability company). Each product may also have product-specific terms; where they differ, the product's terms govern for that product.

Acceptable use

• Use our services lawfully.
• Don't try to gain unauthorized access.
• Don't redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products without written permission.
• Don't use our services to transmit harmful or unsolicited content.

Purchases and refunds

Exystems products are sold as one-time digital purchases through two channels: directly (via our sites, processed by Stripe) or via app stores (Apple, Google).

• Direct from us: payments via Stripe. We never see card numbers. Delivery by email with unlock link or download URL. Refunds per our refund policy.
• App stores: Apple or Google is the merchant of record. Their refund policies govern.

License

Unless a product says otherwise, purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal use (or a single team, where priced for it). No reselling, redistributing, or re-hosting. No removing copyright or attribution.

Intellectual property

All software, content, design, illustrations, and trademarks related to Exystems and its products are owned by Exystems, LLC or licensed to it. Reproduction, modification, or derivative works require written consent, except as your product license expressly allows.

User-submitted content

When you submit content (contact messages, feedback, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for responding to you and improving the product. Reviews may be quoted publicly with attribution unless you tell us not to.

Third parties

Our products integrate with Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare. Each has its own terms and privacy practices. See Privacy for the full list.

Warranty and liability

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Educational products are for informational purposes only, not professional advice. Exystems's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim (or $100, if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination and indemnification

We may suspend or terminate access in response to a violation of these terms. Termination without cause during the 30-day refund window entitles you to a full refund. You agree to indemnify Exystems and its members against claims arising from your misuse of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Disputes resolve exclusively in state or federal courts in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
