Refunds

Short version
Refund handling depends on where the purchase was made. Direct purchases from Exystems: 30 days, no questions. App store purchases: that store's policy governs — we can't refund what we never processed.
Direct from Exystems (via Stripe)
30-day, no-questions refund. Any reason — didn't love it, changed your mind, wasn't what you expected.
- Email the product's support inbox with your order date or Stripe receipt number.
- We process the refund within 1–2 business days.
- Funds return to your original card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 30 days: case-by-case — if a product stopped working, wasn't delivered, or was never accessed, email us and we'll take a look.
Apple App Store
Apple is the merchant. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase. Apple reviews and decides.
If Apple denies a legitimate request or the app has a clear defect, email contact us — in clear-fault cases we may offer a credit toward a direct Exystems product.
Google Play
- First 2 hours: cancel directly in the Play Store for automatic refund.
- Up to 48 hours: we approve developer requests — email us.
- After 48 hours: request via Google's refund help. Google decides.
Access after refund
Refunded direct purchases lose access to paid features on the next authentication check. App store refunds revoke access on Apple or Google's schedule (typically 24–72 hours). Free content always stays accessible. Mention data deletion in the refund email if you'd like it handled at the same time.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks work but are slower and cost everyone more than a direct refund. For direct purchases, email us first. For app store purchases, the merchant is Apple or Google — your bank handles it between them.
